1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by The Mold Assassins LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

The Mold Assassins LLC provides demolition-free dry fog mold remediation, air quality testing, and sanitizing/disinfection services in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. All services are performed by certified mold remediators and inspectors.

3. 12-Month Free Re-Treatment Warranty

Our warranty covers free re-treatment of the entire premises if mold reappears within 12 months of the original treatment date. The warranty is valid only when:

• ▸No new water intrusion or moisture event has occurred in the premises that could cause a new mold issue.
• ▸The homeowner maintains indoor humidity levels at or below 50% to prevent new mold growth.
• ▸A post-treatment viability air sample confirms the treatment was effective and spore counts are within the healthy zone.

Any new water intrusion, flooding, leak, or humidity breach that occurs after the original treatment nullifies this warranty, as it creates conditions for entirely new mold growth unrelated to the original treatment.

4. Inspections & Estimates

Free no-obligation mold inspections are provided at no cost. Any air quality lab testing or sampling incurs a separate lab fee, which will be disclosed before testing is conducted. A minimum treatment fee of $2,500 applies to all remediation services.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Mold Assassins LLC is not liable for pre-existing structural damage, hidden mold in inaccessible areas, or conditions caused by factors outside our control (including but not limited to ongoing water leaks, construction defects, or homeowner neglect). Our liability is limited to the cost of the remediation service performed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Mold Assassins LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
